"Its simple, Au Chalet has the best coffee in France! Big statement but its true. Im generally not a fan of the coffee in France, but the coffee here is as good as anywhere in the world. My espresso was excellent and as good as any espresso that I've had in Italy. My wife had a café latte that was also excellent, similar to a good café latte from Australasia. Business owner Florian learnt his craft of making coffee in Sydney. So if you want a wonderful coffee at reasonable prices near the market Au Chalet is the place to go. If you are a coffee aficionado its certainly worth a detour."
